Delete your E2U account

You can delete your E2U Ride account at any time. There is one account, and deleting it removes it everywhere. You do not need the app to do it.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, saved places and saved payment methods are removed, you are signed out everywhere, and an E2U Unlimited membership stops renewing.

What is kept, and why

E2U keeps trip, payment, verification and safety records that the law requires us to hold, with your name removed. This cannot be undone.

Two ways to delete it

1. In the app: open You, then "Delete account".
2. Here: sign in below and confirm. This is the same account you use in the app.
